The Company made an Application for the Primary Opinions of the Town Planning Authority, in order to find out whether the Permission for some Special Developments could be granted on the subject property.
The Town Planning Authority stated that a Permission for the erection of a College or University, a Nursing Home or a Private Clinic/Hospital is possible.
